Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of initial delivery and receive a complete refund for the cost of the product where original shipping and return shipping will not be refunded. Barrels replaced under the manufactures warranty will require a payment for the cost of shipping a replacement barrel.
Barrels that have been used beyond the curing process, personalized beyond our standard stock engravings, or returned later than 30 days will not be refunded.
Manufactures Limited Warranty
Barrels will be replaced under the following circumstances:
Barrel's staves or head crack from normal pressure.
Barrel will not seal after being propperly cured upon initial use. If Barrel has been allowed to dry out after initial use and will not re-seal then manufacture reserves the right to not replace the Barrel.
Barrel's Spigot leaks beyond normal conditions. Normal conditions include a slight drip after using the spigot to dispense the barrels contents as the spigot will hold a few drops after the spigot has been moved to the closed position. This type of leakage should not be interpreted as a leaky spigot as the spigot would not normally leak if it were left unused.
Personalization: The actual engraving look, feel and size may vary from barrel to barrel because the barrels are made of oak which is a very grainy wood. All barrels are engraved with the same settings but some will be lighter or darker than others.
You may view examples on our site to view images of barrels that have been engraved. You will notice that the barrels can vary greatly but we have made our best efforts to ensure high quality.
TNO makes every effort to ensure the quality of your barrel but you should note they are all hand made so they may slightly differ from each other.

Brad Boyer is a singer/songwriter from Houston, Texas who has honed his craft in the beer joints, ice houses, and roadside honky-tonks as well as the finer listening rooms of the big city. He tells his stories with honesty and clarity wrapped in a genuine Americana feel. As a Kerrville Folk Festival New Folk Finalist in 2010, his debut album of original material, I SAT DOWN AND WROTE YOU A SONG (produced by Rich Brotherton of Robert Earl Keen) was released in 2011 to critical acclaim. TNO is proud to support Brad and looks forward to a bright 2012.
Mike Short Jr’s terrific debut CD, “Blame It On Me,” is that rarest of 21st century Country and Western albums: it’s full of genuine country music. The fiddles are pure Nashville, the piano is authentic honky tonk, the guitar tones are patented Fender, and Short’s plaintive, down-home vocals recall classic singers with names like Merle, Garth and Buck. Granted, there’s enough contemporary country-rock sheen to make songs like the up-tempo “Good Guys Wear Black” and “Lady in Waiting” completely radio-ready, but such studio polish can’t hide the deep country underpinnings that make this 12-song collection solid from beginning to end.
